3. prípravné stretnutie k projektu Detská reštaurácia - Kurz kuchár
Uf to bola , ale fuška. Zišli sme sa o druhej hodine plní energie. Najprv sme si rozdelili úlohy. Jedna skupina mala za úlohu pripraviť priestor na hranie, rozvrhnúť čo všetko v priestore má byť, ďalšou ich úlohou bolo pripraviť program na zahájenie reštaurácie. V nedeľu 1.7.2012 nebude chýbať hra Bingo, súťaž v kreslení, a iné súťaže ako Čarovná plachta, Išiel bocian, hra karneval.... No a poslednou úlohou bola reklama - vytvorenie nástenky a jej umiestnenie vo vitríne v obci, prípravav plagátov... Druhá skupina mala na starosti vytvorenie priestoru reštaurácie. Podarilo sa im vyrobiť nádherný barový pult, urobili inventúru v potravinách a veciach potrebných na chod reštaurácie. A ich nemej dôležitou úlohou bola príprava všetkých nápojov, ktoré mali za úlohu odfotiť, fotky vytlačiť a urobiť Ponukový lístok. No a tretia, tiež veľmi dôležitá skupina mala za úlohu upraviť priestor kuchyne tak, aby všetky veci mali svoje miesto. Ich najdôležitejšia úloha bola uvariť jedlá, ktoré sa budú v reštaurácii podávať ( palacinky, langoše, hranolky, popcorn, pudingové a šľahačkové poháre. Každé jedlo naaranžovali a samozrejme aj odfotili. Najkrajšia úloha nás čakala na záver... Konzumácia uvareného jedla :-) Bolo fantastické... No a na úplný koniec sme zrátali počet porciíí na jednu dávku, prerátali koľko potravín sme museli použiť a vypočítali cenu jedla, samozrejme sme urobili aj uzávierku, aby sme vedeli čo všetko treba dokúpiť do budúceho týždňa. Myslím, že deti aj dospelých to veľmi bavilo, veď posúďte, na fotografiách sú samé sústredené tváre... Ku všetkému pristupovali zodpovedne a s rešpektom. Už teraz sa tešíme na prvé otvorenie a dúfame, že účasť hostí bude hojná....
