Kurz čašník - kuchár
Stretli sme sa 17.5.2014 v miestnosti nad Jednotou. Náš cieľ bol jasný. V lete opäť plánujeme otvoriť Detskú reštauráciu. Keďže má veľký úspech u detí, ktoré chcú v nej pracovať, rozhodli sme sa vyškoliť nových čašníkov a kuchárov, aby si toto povolanie mohli vyskúšať ďalšie deti. Samozrejme pod odborným dohľadom skúseného personálu z minulých rokov. Pôvodne mal byť dnešný kurz zameraný iba na pozíciu čašník, ale keďže deti sú veľmi šikovné rozhodli sme sa aj niečo uvariť. V reštaurácii sa tešia veľkej obľube palacinky. Potencionálni kuchári pripravili veľmi chutné palacinky. Dokonca robili aj bezlepkové, keďže máme dve deti s bezlepkovou diétou. Naservírovali palacinky tak chutne, že sme jedli očami, Následne budúci čašníci prestreli na stôl a mohlo sa podávať. Budúci čašníci si vyskúšali obsluhu hostí, ako si poradiť s nespokojným zákazníkom, ako objednávať, povedali sme si ako má vyzerať správne stolovanie. Myslím si, že sa nemusíme báť otvorenia reštaurácie, ktoré plánujeme v auguste. Dohodli sme sa, že si v júli ešte vyskúšame uvariť i ďalšie jedlá, ktoré v Detskej reštaurácii podávame - langoše, zákusky, naaranžovať zmrzlinové poháre. Na záver sme všetko upratali a keďže sa nám ešte nechcelo domov zabavili sme pri hre aktivity. Už teraz sa tešíme na otvorenie Detskej reštaurácie.
