Western day 2009 Omšenie
Naši kamaráti z Jazdeckého oddielu Žihľavník usporiadali ďaľší ročník Westernových pretekov. Celodenný vyčerpávajúci program sa niesol v zamení dobrej nálady, chladených nápojov a samozrejme koní.
Ich krásu sme mali možnosť sledovať aj včera. Ženy aj muži, ktorí zasvetili svoj život týmto ušľachtilým zvieratám sa v mnohých súťažných disciplínach snažili získať hlavnú cenu. Mešec Omšenských dukátov.
Naše občianske združenie už tradične chodí vypomáhať "svojou troškou do mlyna". Vedieme sekciu nazvanú Detský kútik.
Súťaže chtivé deti, ale aj tie, čo sa chcú len pohrať, nájdu u nás svoje útočisko. Naši animátori im ochotne vysvetlili ako prejsť jednotlivými úlohami. Občas sa aj trošku zapotili. Lukáško musel oprášiť svoju angličtinu, lebo náš kútik navštívili aj dve deti z Londýna. Takmer každé dieťatko dostalo sladkú odmenu. Vynechali sme len maličké deti, ktoré ešte sladkosti nemôžu. To, že sme postrážili aj bábätko dokazuje jedna z našich fotografií.
Jedna malá slečna, ktorá nám rozobrala prekážkovú dráhu sa doma môže tešiť z knižky. Tú totiž získala v zlosovaní.
Poobede si v Detskom kútiku mohli dať deti zdarma namaľovať nejaký obrázok na telo. Maľovali sa pavúky, koníky, slniečka, kvetinky a všeličo iné. Fantázii nik medze nekládol. Za toto spestrenie ďakujeme kamarátke Ivetke Dorušincovej.
Dúfame že sa budúci rok stretneme pri ďalšom ročníku.
