I used Rufus to make a USB drive for Windows installation, but when I used it to install an image through UEFI, it somehow destroyed my present BCD in a dual boot arrangement by removing the BCD and reconstructing it with just one entry. I had to manually resolve the issue. Why not use the USB drive's EFI partition instead of doing something different, like copying the original ISO files there?
