2. Kurz kuchár
Už vieme kto bude kuchár. 15.9.2015 sme zrealizovali Kurz kuchár. Po kurze Vladko vyhlásil, že chcel byť pôvodne čašníkom, ale dnes sa rozhodol, že bude kuchárom. Hneď po príchode sme sa rozdelili do skupín. Dve skupiny mali na starosti palcinky. To preto lebo sme robili aj bezlepkové aj lepkové. Bezlepkové sú bez pšeničnej múky. Pšeničná múka obsahuje lepok, ktorý niektorím ľuďom spôsobuje problémy - alergiu. Tretia skupina piekla bublaninu a štvrtá sa pustila do nutelových rožkov. Boli sme radi, že nás prišli pozrieť aj starší mládežníci. Hneď sme im dali prácu - vyzdobiť slávnostný stôl. Palaciniek sme urobili veľa no akosi ich stále nebolo dosť. Museli sme obmedziť priebežné ochutnávky, inak by nám k slávnostnému stolu nič nezostalo. Páčilo sa mi ako sa práce zhostili tí najmenší, pripravovali cesto, umývali riady a taktiež piekli. Vieme, že je potrebná ešte prax, ale veríme, že základy sú už položené. Keď sme všetko upiekli, naložili sme na taniere a ukázali najmenším ako sa zá,kusky a palacinky zdobia - šľahačka, ovocie, kúsok mäty, toping. Tak krásne ozdobené zákusky som už dávno nevidela. No a na záver prišlo i na chutnávku. Skonštatovali sme, že za také chutné jedlo by sa nemuseli hanbiť ani v 4 hviezdičkovej reštaurácii :-) Už teraz sa tešíme na ďalšie pečenie, sľúbili sme si, že na jedných z tvorivých dielní sa naučíme robiť muffiny.
